Sinclair Corporate Services Ltd offers corporate (nominee) director services to our corporate clients where the Cayman company is primarily an asset holding company and does not actively trade.  Our nominee director’s services are very competitively priced, depending on the likely time to be spent in management services and start from US$3,000 per year.

Sarah Dobbyn and Cameron Thomson are licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under the Directors Registration and Licensing Law and can accept appointments as an independent director of investment funds and other Cayman companies.
