INVESTMENT FUNDS, FUND MANAGERS AND FUND ADMINISTRATOR

 

We specialize in advising investment managers and onshore law firms on establishing investment funds under the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (“SIBA”) – including hedge funds and private equity funds – which may be in the form of regular companies, segregated portfolio companies, partnerships or unit trusts in the British Virgin Islands. 

 

We assist with establishing private and professional funds, fund managers, approved managers, incubator and approved funds, the recent private investment funds (formerly closed ended funds) and segregated portfolio companies (or to convert previously established funds into SPCs). Also, we assist clients with obtaining a licence under SIBA, for example, to carry on the business of contracts for differences and other investment business activities.

 

We also provide Authorised Representative services to licensees.

 

We assist with establishing fund managers and fund administrators in the British Virgin Islands and assist with their respective licence applications to the BVI Financial Services Commission.
