Bryce Banks joined The Sinclair Group in the summer of 2018 following the completion of her education. Bryce is the Company Manager at Sinclairs, where she oversees the management of a substantial portfolio of Cayman Islands companies and partnerships and leads a team of corporate administrators in the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant corporate services.

​With over seven years of experience in the Cayman Islands’ corporate management and fiduciary services sector, Bryce has developed a deep understanding of local regulatory requirements and international best practices. Her expertise spans company incorporations and dissolutions, ongoing statutory maintenance, regulatory filings, ship registrations, and the coordination of compliance obligations across multiple regulatory bodies.

Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance, with a minor in Hospitality. During her studies, she was a recipient of both the Cayman Islands Overseas Undergraduate Scholarship and the Bright Futures Florida Academic Scholars Award, and she consistently achieved Dean’s List honours.
