Change in Directors Services for Fund Clients

 

With the expansion of the Sinclair Group to include fund administration and international tax compliance services, Sarah Dobbyn, Deanna Price and Cameron Thomson are no longer able to accept personal appointments as directors of investment funds.  The directors of the Sinclair Group arrived at this decision to avoid the inevitable conflicts of interest which arise with Sinclair Fund Services ltd now being appointed as administrator to client funds, and with Sinclair International Tax Compliance Services ltd being retained as responsible officer and otherwise advising client funds on FATCA, GATCA and the common reporting standard.

 

The Sinclair Group are happy to provide recommendations of excellent and experienced independent directors who will provide our funds clients the same level of skill, responsiveness and personal service  as they receive from our funds administration and ITC teams.
